Suberin is a naturally occurring biopolymer, and a complex polyester mainly composed of fatty acids.

Suberinno.™ Suberin natural hydrophobicity and resistance makes it suitable for use in the development of environmentally friendly, biodegradable coatings in various applications in different industries:

In cosmetic and personal care, Suberinno.™ Suberin can be used to replace synthetic as an active ingredient and gelling agent in protecting and anti-aging skin creams and hair conditioners, as well as replacing waxes. Available in different compositions and properties.

Suberinno.™ Suberin is produced from upcycled, certified forest industry side streams, birch bark. No deforestation is needed, and the origin of the wood is known. Birch bark is a renewable resource with a minimal environmental impact. Birch has been widely studied and has scientifically proven efficacy.
