We had the pleasure of attending Nordic Fund Day in Oslo. Organised by Nordic Edge, the event marks its 10th edition and brings together visionary investors and pioneering Nordic startups committed to building a more sustainable and circular economy.
Our CEO, Tiina Bensky, presented Innomost’s mission to transform the chemical industry through biobased, high-performing ingredients developed from upcycled birch bark. She introduced our flagship innovations, Betuinno™ Betulin and Suberinno™ Suberin, designed for applications in cosmetics, coatings, packaging, and other demanding sectors.
Nordic Fund Day gathers the brightest Nordic start-ups tackling pressing environmental challenges and the international financial network. The event emphasises quality matchmaking between founders and investors rather than being a typical pitch-only event. Over 100 Nordic start-ups have already been matched with the global investor network ahead of the Oslo edition.
For us at Innomost the conversations in Oslo were particularly encouraging: the strong interest in biobased alternatives, circular economy business models, and advanced materials confirmed that sustainability and innovation are firmly on the agenda of investors and industry leaders alike. We engaged with new contacts among Nordic start-ups and potential investors.
Our sincere thanks to Nordic Edge for an inspiring event, and to everyone who met with us in Oslo. Together, we continue to advance the transition towards a more sustainable, biobased future.
